Bob Oliver has had a successful Real Estate career spanning over 40 years.

Commencing in 1974 as a sales representative Bob quickly progressed his career and in just a few short years he was the General Manager for Summit Realty Group, qualifying as a Licenced Real Estate Agent in 1978.

In 1985 Bob decided it was time to open his first Real Estate business, building a business covering all aspects of Real Estate from Commercial, property management and sales he quickly secured large projects with the management of the Thornlie Shopping Centre and office buildings on The Esplanade Perth.

With a passion for Water Polo, Bob was able to open his social network and connect with people in South East Asia, this proved a profitable exercise with his client base expanding across many countries. Bobs understanding and passion for exceeding his client's expectations have ensured these relationships have stood the test of time with Bob still being their point of contact for all business deals & Real Estate news in Perth.

Achieving incredible contracts for commercial clients and developing a strong rent roll were not Bob’s only achievements. As a qualified Auctioneer, one of Bob’s career highlights was to auction off the Telethon House in 1983.
