How can I support their goals in the sale of their biggest and most important asset? And continue that support until their money is in the bank? I think agents forget who they work for and how big a deal it is to sell your own home, emotionally and financially. Every home is unique and every client is like my only client. It's a big thing to be responsible for a result that can create wealth, realise dreams or help someone recover from a poor situation. You have to be committed, courageous and creative. Jennifer has had a long and successful career in sales. She has over 30 years’ experience in relationship-based consumer and business-to-business sales environments in a number of industries.
She has consistently been recognised for sales performance and customer excellence. She was the top sales manager in Western Australia for a globally recognised cosmetic company, one of the top 10 salespeople in Bartercard Australia and recognised among the top 5 percent of agents for an international real estate franchise within 18months of starting real estate.
Jennifer is also a licensed auctioneer and competed in state and national championships, being the first woman to win both State, National and International titles within the franchise. She currently sits on the REIWA Auction Board and is one of the few female auctioneers practicing in WA.
Before entering real estate, Jennifer had a distinguished academic career with a Bachelor Degree in Business/Marketing. She is a member of the Vice Chancellor's list at Curtin University and has won awards for Best Marketing Student, Best Women in AgBusiness, as well as best first, second and third year student awards and was Dux of her year.
In the last few years Jennifer has trained with some of the leading sales and marketing professionals in Australia and the world, speaking from stage and working as a consultant for small to medium sized businesses, specialising in the field of emotional direct-response marketing.
Knowing the value of communication skills, Jennifer became an accredited NLP Practitioner, then studied Process Communication, a strategic tool used by NASA. This strengthened and added depth to her negotiation and mediation skills.
